Electrical Parts Assembly
Sometimes you need custom electrical assemblies or components put together. Whether it’s control panels, junction boxes, or specialized electrical equipment, we assemble electrical parts and components to your specifications. We work with contractors, businesses, and homeowners who need custom electrical work done right.
Electrical assembly requires understanding wiring diagrams, following specifications, and making secure, code-compliant connections. We’ll work from your plans or help design the assembly if needed. We use proper wire sizing, appropriate connectors, and ensure everything is labeled and organized for easy maintenance later.
Many projects require custom assemblies that you can’t just buy off the shelf. Maybe you need a specific control setup, a custom junction box configuration, or specialized wiring for equipment. We have the experience to build it properly and make sure it meets code requirements.
Technical Specifications
Electrical parts assembly follows NEC requirements for proper wire sizing based on load calculations, appropriate conductor ampacity ratings per NEC Table 310.15(B)(16), proper overcurrent protection sizing, and correct wire termination methods. We use UL-listed components, ensure proper wire routing and support, maintain adequate bending radius for conductors, and use appropriate wire management (conduit, wireway, or cable tray as specified). We ensure proper grounding and bonding, verify adequate clearances, use appropriate connectors and terminals rated for the application, and ensure proper labeling per NEC Article 408. We follow manufacturer specifications for equipment, verify proper torque on all connections, and ensure assemblies meet applicable codes and standards for the intended use.
