Electrical Wiring Installation

New wiring installation is core to what we do. Whether it’s for new construction, additions, remodels, or upgrading old wiring, we install electrical wiring that’s safe, code-compliant, and built to last. We work with all types of wiring—Romex, conduit, and specialized applications.

Proper wiring installation starts with planning the circuit layout, determining wire sizes based on load calculations, and choosing the right wiring method for the application. We run wiring through walls, ceilings, and crawl spaces, making sure it’s properly supported, protected, and accessible. We install junction boxes where needed, make secure connections, and ensure everything meets code requirements.

New construction projects require wiring from the ground up. We work with builders and homeowners to plan the electrical layout, install all circuits, and get everything inspected and approved. For remodels, we often work around existing structures, fishing wire through finished walls and making minimal disruption to your home.

Technical Specifications

Wiring installation follows NEC requirements for proper wire sizing based on load calculations per Article 220, appropriate ampacity ratings per Table 310.15(B)(16), and proper overcurrent protection. We use appropriate wire types (NM-B for dry locations, UF for wet locations, THHN/THWN for conduit), ensure proper wire gauge selection (14 AWG for 15A circuits, 12 AWG for 20A circuits, 10 AWG for 30A circuits), and maintain proper wire support per NEC 334.30 (typically every 4.5 feet and within 12 inches of boxes). We ensure proper box fill calculations per NEC 314.16, maintain adequate bending radius, use appropriate wire connectors rated for the application, ensure proper grounding with equipment grounding conductors sized per Table 250.122, and verify proper wire routing away from sharp edges and heat sources. We ensure proper arc-fault and ground-fault protection where required by code, maintain proper clearances, and ensure all work meets local code requirements.
